Italia Guitars USA Return Policy

Items purchased on ItaliaGuitarsUSA.com have a 14 day return policy. For any undamaged product, contact us for a return authorization, then return it with all included accessories and packaging, along with a copy of the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

Return freight is NOT prepaid. Product must be returned in like new condition, and we highly recommend insuring the package. If package is lost or damaged prior to arrival at our location, it will be the responsibility of the customer.
